Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are available to help via phone, email, letter, or fax.

There is a maximum of 45 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please Note: Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please notify us within ten days of receipt of package with any issues.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approved returns received after the first ten days will be issued credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We will gladly exchange your unopened/unused merchandise.

We do not accept returns from any special orders without prior approval from management.

Items Not Eligible for returns: Patterns, CD’s and DVDs, or books due to copyright laws. Any used or opened products.

The item needs to have the receipt, packing slip and proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of all items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. It is recommended to include a tracking number and insure the package depending on value.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on method of payment.

Any defective items returned after ten business days, may be sent to the manufacturer to establish the exchange or credit of defective item. This can take up to 12 weeks. Sew Charmed will keep you informed through the process.

  • Any return not in original condition is subject to refusal or a restocking fee.

  • Please include a copy of the sales order indicating the items being returned with the request for refund or exchange.

  • We reserve the right to change the price of the products we offer at any time.
  • Return shipping fees are deducted from any possible refund on a refused or return to sender parcel. Refused/Return to sender parcels are not processed as a standard return and are subject to refusal by our facility. Sew Charmed does not accept responsibility for refused or return to sender parcels. Please call us for any questions on returns.

Claims

If items are damaged in transit, save the original packaging and file a claim directly with the carrier. Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of an order.
