ESA Information


We are an ESA Vendor. You can either use the debit card or opt to use ClassWallet Pay Vendor (Or reimbursement of course). 

If you are using Pay vendor in ClassWallet, follow these steps:

  1. Email or message Miss Amy at sewcharmedstudio@gmail.com noting the desired class or camp. Miss Amy will send you an invoice ASAP. 
  2. Download the attestation form: CLICK HERE
  3. Upload to Pay Vendor in ClassWallet and send Miss Amy a screenshot of the confirmation email from ClassWallet. This shows that you submitted payment and your child's seat will then be reserved.

If you are using the debit card: 

  1. Purchase the desired class with your students debit card. 
  2. Download the attestation form to upload into ClassWallet and add to that debit purchase: Attestation Form
  3. If you'd like a Paid invoice to upload as well, email Miss Amy with your students first and last name: sewcharmedstudio@gmail.com
